The terms that apply to every booking with Unique Car Rental.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made with Unique Car Rental (rentalcar99.com) by website, phone, WhatsApp or email. By confirming a booking you agree to these terms.
Bookings
A booking is confirmed only after we confirm vehicle availability, rate and timing with you. Rates, packages and any security deposit are those confirmed to you at the time of booking.
Chauffeur-driven service
All vehicles, including bulletproof and armored vehicles, are provided with our professional driver. The driver follows traffic laws and may refuse any unsafe or unlawful instruction.
Fuel, tolls and extra hours
What is included in the rate (such as fuel, tolls, parking, driver meals, overnight stay and extra hours) is explained when you book. Charges not included are paid as agreed at the time of booking.
Payments, changes and cancellations
We do not take any online payment on this website. Payment is made directly to Unique Car Rental in cash or by bank transfer, as agreed at booking. To confirm a booking we may ask for an advance, usually 20% to 30% of the total rent, and the balance is paid at the start of the trip or as agreed.
Security deposit: for weekly, monthly, out-of-city and bulletproof vehicle bookings a refundable security deposit may be required. It is returned within 3 working days after the trip ends, minus only agreed charges such as damage caused by passengers, traffic fines, extra hours or unpaid amounts.
Cancellation and refund: cancel more than 24 hours before pick-up and your advance is refunded in full. Cancel within 24 hours of pick-up and up to 50% of the advance may be kept. If you do not show up without informing us, the advance is not refunded. If we cancel or cannot provide the booked vehicle or a similar replacement, you get a full refund. Refunds are made by the same method within 7 working days.
Please tell us about any change as early as possible. Date or time changes depend on vehicle availability.
Bulletproof vehicles and security guards
Bulletproof vehicles are rated B6/B6+ and are ballistic (bullet resistant) vehicles; they are not bomb proof. Security guards are provided through registered security companies and work under their own rules and licences. Required documents and NOCs must be arranged before the trip.
Customer responsibilities
Passengers must not carry illegal items or use the vehicle for any unlawful purpose. Damage caused by passengers, other than normal wear, may be charged.
Liability
We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, security situations or events outside our control. If a vehicle breaks down, we will try to provide a replacement as soon as possible.
